Rance Booth Smith has recently completed the refurbishment of the 2nd floor at the headquarters of financial institution UK Asset Resolution (UKAR).

The works included space planning of the entire floor to create a more fluid work environment incorporating UKAR branding and colours, new desks and screens were sourced and feature walk ways were created with acoustic art panels with scenes of the Yorkshire Dales.

Included in the works is a new bright colourful fun breakout area with a mix of seating options, a bespoke digital wall image commissioned for the hot desk area and five meeting rooms which also include digital wall coverings of Yorkshire scenery and were named after local rivers.
