Rance Booth Smith Architects have been involved for many years with this twenty acre site.  Works undertaken have included master planning, town planning, roads, infra-structure and the design of various units including offices, industrial premises, warehousing, starter units and showrooms.

The latest unit to be completed is for Advantage, a company which distributes computer supplies. The building is approx. 5,000 sq ft and was completed on time and to budget.
