Rance Booth Smith Architects worked with Thorite Group
to relocate their headquarters to a new site on Hillam Road in Bradford.  The new site includes the refurbishment of an existing tired and dated unit.

The work included demolition of an existing block, re-cladding and adding new windows and doors as well as a full internal fit out and refurbishment.
The building now includes offices, training facilities, a sales counter, servicing and storage facilities. The opportunity was taken to upgrade the thermal performance of the building.
