We have been working with Jessgrove to create their new UK headquarters in Bradford and are excited to announce that works are due to start on site imminently at Harris Court.

The new unit will create offices, staff facilities and warehouse accommodation for Jessgrove, one of Europe’s leading suppliers of linings and other fabrics.

The site is within the Great Horton Conservation area in Bradford and near to Listed Buildings. The new building will significantly improve the area and the design has been informed by the contextual setting with the aim of improving the existing streetscape.

The new building links through at basement level to the adjacent building enable the fast dispatch of products.

The works include the remediation of the site and incorporate a piled solution.
