The City of Bradford District Council Regeneration Division commissioned Rance Booth Smith Architects to design and develop a B1/B2 industrial and commercial business area at Dockfield Road, Shipley, to be known as Shipley Sustainable Resource Park (SSRP).
Shipley Sustainable Resource Park will comprise up to fourteen new and refurbished industrial units and office units with associated infrastructure totalling over 20,000sq/m of space.
The site is extensively contaminated and the work included investigations and proposals, as well as dealing with ecological issues.
