It is important to carryout regular maintenance works to historic buildings and rectify any issues and eradicate potential future issues as soon as possible. A Condition Survey can provide an important document to establish any significant risks or physical deterioration and determine the priority of future maintenance.

Our conservation team can help determine the viability of a site, building or structure and also provide innovative options that explore all possibilities, from simple restoration to regenerating spaces through contemporary design or materials.

Working closely with Historic England and Local Authority Planning conservation departments on projects, we ensure a smooth and efficient process and have experience of carrying out work within sensitive and historically important sites.
