Rance Booth Smith Architects delivered a fast-track project, to rationalise the estate of West Yorkshire Police. Our scheme allowed for a 43% increase in staff and provided a smarter working environment.

RBS analysed the working relationships of over 400 staff, within ten departments. We helped West Yorkshire Police restructure and relocate staff from numerous leased premises, to their Wakefield Headquarters.  

We worked closely with West Yorkshire Police to assist them with the complex rearrangement of their departments, against a critically tight programme. With our help, they were able to break expensive leases without penalty, saving money and providing staff with a smarter working environment.
