Rance Booth Smith Architects have undertaken a £1.2 million refurbishment project involving architectural, interior design and cost management roles. This involved the relocation of the electrical teaching department, estates, finance and executive areas, formation of new a learning resource centre and refurbishment of the refectory and reception areas.

The project was successfully completed within a tight time frame in order to meet the requirements of the college.
