A sympathetic conversion of this Grade II listed dwelling was undertaken to bring it back to its original use as a private residence. This involved liaising with Planning and subsequently winning an appeal.
The house has been tastefully refurbished throughout in a traditional Victorian Gothic manner to the ground and first floors with a very modern contemporary open plan suite to the second floor.
