Martyn joined RBS Architects in 2003 and is a Chartered Architect and Director of the practice. Martyn uses his insight to help clients achieve more from their budget and add value to their property. He is friendly and practical, and well-liked by our clients, for delivering innovative design solutions. 

Martyn manages projects professionally, guiding clients through the relevant industry legislation, regulations and contractual arrangements. He has vast experience of projects of all sizes in a number of sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial and public sectors.

Martyn is an RIBA Conservation Registrant and runs our Conservation Service. He is dedicated to delivering design solutions which preserve the character of our heritage buildings, whilst keeping them alive and occupied. Martyn has delivered a broad spectrum of conservation projects; from small-scale alterations and extensions of historic buildings to large-scale listed building restoration projects. His expertise allows him to help clients with listed building applications, conservation area consents, planning applications, feasibility studies, conservation management plans and heritage funding applications.
