We have had the privilege of working with Skipton International for over a decade, supporting them with the evolving spatial needs across both Jersey and Guernsey offices.
Most recently, we were appointed for architectural and interior design expansion and transformation of their Guernsey HQ.
We redesigned the 2 existing office floors and fit out a new additional floor to house their ever-expanding company needs.
We undertook a comprehensive space analysis of Skipton’s existing environment and incorporated Agile working zones, multipurpose breakout areas incorporating various pods and collaboration areas, diverse meeting spaces, new desking layouts reusing their existing desks and enhanced the acoustic performance of the spaces.
The completed design delivers a modern, versatile office environment, delivered on time and on budget in just 7 months from inception to completion
